Do you want to participate in a premiere in Romanian cycling? Are you practical and think you can contribute to the smooth running of an international event?
Then you've come to the right place!
The European Mountain Bike Championships 2024, which will take place between May 8-12, in Cheile Grădiștei, needs reliable and motivated people to be part of our team.
We are looking for volunteers for:
- Welcoming, guiding and informing participants and spectators
- Management of official parking lots
- Supervision of the competition route during official training and competitions
- Supporting the activities of accreditation and registration of event participants
- Support for various specific activities (starting formalities, award ceremonies, anti-doping controls, etc.)
IMPORTANT!
- We need experienced people, so we are waiting for people who have been involved in organizing sports events before.
- It is essential that the registered persons are available for the entire duration of the event, between May 8 and 12, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- It is possible that we will need some of the volunteers even earlier, from May 7.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer volunteers accommodation at Cheile Grădiștei, but we provide transfer to/from the event area.
- Availability between 8am and 7pm every day from May 8th to 12th.
Volunteers at the Cheile Grădiștei European MTB Championship will receive a kit that includes the official t-shirt of the event and promotional products offered by the sponsors, catering during the event and a certificate certifying participation in the event.
